A one-person project, by someone who's spent 25+ years inside powerlifting.

I'm Henry. I've spent 25+ years in powerlifting: competing, coaching, running meets, and running a gym. I'm a two-time IPF World Classic competitor and former Head Coach of the Great Britain IPF team for 5 years.
Athletes I've coached have won at the World, European, and National levels. I've directed 20+ IPF-sanctioned competitions, owned and run a strength facility for 20+ years, and hold a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, which is where the analytics half of all this comes from.
The IPF deserves a fantasy game that takes it as seriously as football fantasy takes the Premier League. The lifters are world-class, the meets are well-run, the data is clean, there's no good reason a fan can't pick a squad for a Worlds the same way they'd pick a Fantasy Premier League team.
Goodlift Points give us a clean cross-bodyweight currency. Everything else (attempt bonuses, placement, beat-prediction) is there to reward the calls you actually make watching a meet: going perfect on attempts, peaking for the right competition, hunting a record. Free to play, no ads, no entry fee. If it brings more eyes to the sport, that's the whole point.
Lifter prices, predicted totals, and weight-class seedings are mine, set by hand using my own proprietary algorithm. Cheap doesn't mean weak. Expensive doesn't mean guaranteed. The whole point is to read the form better than the next person.
If you spot something off (a price that doesn't reflect a recent result, a predicted total based on stale data), get in touch. Corrections are welcome.
Bug reports, feature ideas, lifter data corrections, or just powerlifting chat — all welcome.
