IPF Goodlift (GL) points are a standardised formula that compares lifters across different bodyweights. A 600kg total at 83kg bodyweight scores more GL points than the same total at 120kg. A strength-per-kilo measure.
Each lifter has a predicted total based on their recent performances and personal bests. If they finish with a higher total than predicted, they earn the beat-prediction bonus.
Your captain's entire score (GL + all bonuses) is multiplied by 2. Pick the lifter you expect to earn the most total points.
If a lifter fails to record a valid total (e.g. missing all three squat attempts), they score 0 points. No bonuses apply. Picking consistent lifters reduces this risk.
To stop everyone picking the same dominant nation. The 2-lifter-per-nation cap forces diversification. This limit is disabled for national championships where all lifters share the same country.

Open a competition's leaderboard and tap Mini-leagues. Create a league to get a shareable code (and invite link), or enter a friend's code to join. You need a team in that competition first.
No. A mini-league is just a filtered view of the main leaderboard. Your score and ranking are calculated exactly the same way.
The creator can rename it, regenerate the join code (which stops the old one working), remove members, or delete the league. Anyone else can leave at any time and rejoin with the code.
You can create up to 5 and join up to 20 mini-leagues per competition.
