Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Fantasy Powerlifting. By creating an account or submitting a team, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Fantasy Powerlifting (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the fantasy sports platform at fantasypowerlifting.com (the “Platform”). The Platform allows registered users to build virtual teams of competitive powerlifters, score points based on those lifters' real-world competition results, and compete against other users on a leaderboard.
The Platform is operated by Super Training Events Ltd, 48 Yarnolds, Cheltenham.
To use the Platform, you must:
By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
Creating an account: you create an account by providing your email address and verifying it via a one-time passcode. You do not set a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure — anyone with access to your email can sign in to your Fantasy Powerlifting account.
Display names:you choose a display name that appears on leaderboards and shareable team pages. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe any third party's rights. We reserve the right to change or remove any display name that violates these requirements.
Account security: you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at info@strengthanalytics.co.uk.
Account termination by you: you may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your historical team results may be retained in anonymised form as part of the competition archive.
How it works: each competition on the Platform has a defined team-building period during which you may select and edit your team. The rules for each competition — including budget, number of picks, weight class restrictions, and any nationality limits — are displayed on the competition page and may vary between competitions.
Picks lock: at the stated lock time, your team is finalised and cannot be changed. The lock time is shown prominently on the competition page and on your team page. We are not responsible for any failure on your part to submit or edit your team before the lock time, including as a result of technical difficulties on your end.
Scoring:points are awarded based on lifters' official results at the relevant competition. The scoring system — including the use of IPF Goodlift (GL) scores, bonuses for placing, world records, and the captain multiplier — is described on the “How it works” page for each competition. Scoring rules may differ between competitions.
Leaderboard and results: leaderboard positions are calculated automatically from official results data. If official results are amended by the relevant federation (for example, due to a doping disqualification or technical error), we will update scores accordingly. We are not responsible for delays in receiving or processing official results.
No prizes: unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific competition page, Fantasy Powerlifting is played for entertainment only. No monetary prizes, physical prizes, or other rewards are offered. Any future prize competitions will be governed by additional terms published at the time.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has violated these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Fantasy Powerlifting name, logo, design, code, competition data, and scoring systems — is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property for any purpose other than using the Platform as intended.
Lifter names, competition names, federation names (including BUCS, IPF), and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with Fantasy Powerlifting.

Accuracy of competition data:lifter pricing, seeding, and predicted scores displayed on the Platform are for game purposes only. They do not constitute any statement about a lifter's actual ability, fitness, or performance. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any third-party competition results we rely on for scoring.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including federation websites, athlete social profiles, or sponsor pages. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Linking to a site does not constitute our endorsement of it.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
